Tigelada beirã
A delicious and simple dessert. The recipe is made up of honey, cinnamon, eggs, milk (ideally goat's milk), flour and lemon. It results in a sweet with a texture similar to a pudding, but richer, as it is baked in clay pots in a wood-fired oven, which gives it a golden, well-toasted coating. A sweet that portrays the past of our region.
